The Sport-Thieme weight cuffs are ideally suited to use on the wrists and ankles. Thanks to the wide and long hook-and-loop fastenings, the weight cuffs adapt to the shape of your body and offer excellent support. The weights are made from polyester and therefore feel very pleasant on the skin. Not suitable for use in water.
