The Sport-Thieme “SQ” vertical lat pull is made of robust metal tubing with an angular shape. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, this training device is ideal for daily training in the gym. The rubber base feet are another great feature – this lat pulldown machine really impresses with its high stability. The seat and leg pad feature a 45-mm-thick layer of padding and are individually adjustable in height: an effective yet comfortable workout is guaranteed! The lat pull bar has knurled sections for a secure grip. Hoist the weights up via a special pulley system and bring the lat pull bar towards you vertically. Especially practical: adjust the weight to perfectly suit your training requirements using the locking pin.
