The powder-coated Sport-Thieme kettlebell is available in eleven different weights – you can therefore match the weight to your fitness level, from beginner to advanced. Many of our muscles have to continuously interact perfectly with one another. Most of the time you cannot achieve this with the movement sequences in gyms. Training with kettlebells is therefore particularly effective – as you not only train isolated muscles, but entire muscle groups.
