The “Flex-metal” additional weights increase the training weight of your Ironwear equipment. The unique weights are very flexible and automatically move with the body when exercising. They are very soft and also serve as additional protection if you happen to fall over. In comparison to normal metal weights, the “Flex-metal” weights do not inhibit movement. You have complete freedom of movement.
